Default HELP!!!!Is it illegal to change an employee's wage without notification?

Specifically in South Florida is it illegal to change an employee wage, for example---->i worked all this week making $15 dollars an hour, now on friday, they only want to pay me $10 dollars an hour for working in the warehouse only. Can i sue them?!

sure, they broke their contract. Cost you a lot to do that.
I would keep all relevant material and make a report to the state about them and let the owners deal with an over zealous govt agent.

other than that I would walk away before you do something you may regret in anger.

What makes you think that a $15 an hour employee has a contract?

To the OP-I would call a lawyer or ask a friend who is a lawyer. Do not depend on a bulletin board for legal advice.

Call the Department of Labor - they enforce wage and hour issues.
