If you are Venezuelan I would recommend Weston or Pembroke Pines (west). I live in Weston and there are many Colombians, Venezuelans, and other South Americans living here. There is also a large Jewish population in Weston.

The schools are better than most of Broward, there are many young families, and lots of activities for children. There is a wide range of housing prices in Weston so I am sure you can find something acceptable for your family.

These would all be great places - with Sunrise & Davie I would also say stay pretty far west unless you have your feet on the ground to check out particular areas.

Cooper City and Weston have the best schools and are both excellent places .... Cooper City has much less Hispanics than Weston .... but that should not be important to you as long as you live in a safe place with good schools .

I actually knew Venezuelans that would not live down in Doral or Miami because there were too many Venezuelans , if you can believe that !!

I presume that some may feel the same way about Weston and they would find a place like Cooper City more appealing simply because it is like nothing that they are used to .

could be a nice place to live with family?

Thanks.

Overall Lauderhill is not a good area and the schools are terrible .... you need to be west of I-75 .

The address is located in the "Deepside" section of Lauderhill, which is an area I wouldn't suggest walking around past dark. You don't need to be west of 75, but for what you are looking for, west of University Dr is advisable.
