Let me see, you say that almost any neighborhood from miramar to tamarac at west from University Dr can be advisable to live?
I know i need to go first and see.
But in the map it could be good places?
i mean west from University Dr could be a Good Zone, and east bad zone?
Thanks in advantage for you help.

Since your Venezuelan, I think you would fall in love with Weston.

I would say from Pembroke Pines to Coral Springs. Once you are down to Miramar, it IS advisable to stay west of I-75 for better schools, and I might consider eliminating much of (but not all) of Sunrise and Tamarac. East is not necessairly a "bad zone", but generally it becomes more consistent as you move further west. Generally speaking, the SW side of the county is probably the most well rounded for what you are looking for, which is to say anything south of I-595, west of University Dr, and north of Pembroke Rd (south of Pembroke Rd is OK west of Red Rd).

I would go ask this question on the Miami board. They should be able to give you the best idea.

Good, with west of University Dr and away from Sample Rd being ideal.
