Must Do Things and Eats in Pompano Beach Area?
Hi,
I'm making this post for my mom. She is staying with a few friends at some place in Pompano Beach, via a Timeshare...
Anyways, could anyone share some GREAT places to eat, or any must-do type things that you normally wouldn't know about except from the kind locals? Really just any input you have would be swell. Thanks a lot!

if she is in a timeshare close to the inlet, advise her to try the beaches further south of the inlet, or to the north of the inlet as the water quality is often much better for swimming. our beach here is gorgeous, but polluted near the inlet to the south

Great, thanks for your fast input! I will pass on the info on the 2 restaurants for sure, as well as the info on beaches. I am not exactly sure where she is staying. Maybe I will get more precise info on that this eve.

Have your Mom keep in mind that for Cafe Max's she should call for reservations or be prepared for a potential wait. Everytime we have tried to eat there we have been told the wait would be an hour. Next time, we'll call for reservations.

Thanks for the heads up, I will definitely pass that along. She's pretty good about calling for reservations.
