You are correct. Imagination Farms was an old farm that sat on the land that was purchased from the builder. As a tribute, he kept the name. So there was nothing "made up" about the name!

Our HOA dues are only $129 a month. Guess what? At our last meeting we have a good amount of money in reserves. We have all been affected by foreclosures but since we have so many homes and so many residents that are paying for their homes, the association is doing well.

I love Riverstone too. Take care!

Default imagination farms
Imagination farm was a dairy farm. Many large beautiful cows. I was shocked to see how big they really were. I remember when me and my boys were riding our bicycles east on orange drive. While we were pedaling around the big curve we saw a cow that got loose from the fenced in dairy pasture get hit by a truck. It was gruesome. I`m guessing the cow died quickly. It appeared dead. A few minutes latter, the farmer drove up in a large front end loader and just scooped the cow up in one move. The farm also hosted many field trips for school kids. It was neat to see the cows milked by automated milking machines.

Its a nice unit,,, appliances have been stripped and no pool... So IMHO it need 60k to be a comp in the hood...

Must have pool to be in Riverstone or you have a sub par home

Lucky for us, my Riverstone neighbor...we are getting a fabulous Vista View Park expansion right outside our doors. It's coming along nicely and will be a beautiful park with covered areas and playgrounds.
