Both are nice... Riverstone just has more bigger homes than Imagination Farms. Even in this market they are all listed above 500K!

IMHO Riverstone has; More impressive entrance, much nicer homes, play areas, tennis courts and rec area, etc...
Least expensive active listing is asking 767k.... Most expensive listing 1.3M.... The home next door from me just sold for 710k....
West Davie is great... Rural feel and Weston is across the street for dinning.....

Per Realty Trac, there are a quite a number of preforeclosures/lis pendens filed/potential short sales and bank-owned homes in both places. A quick trip to the property appraiser's website shows homes recently in Imagination Farms have been selling in the $500ks. While Riverstone has a higher number & %age of preforeclosures, they're selling in the high $600ks/low $700ks.

Fauve...and i suspect prices will continues to plummet. With the foreclosures, I cannot even begin to imagine what the HOA fees are for "imagination" farms !!!

I think it was the name of the farm that was there prior to the development being built... Not 100% sure....
