It used to be nice but is pretty sketchy now. Borders a rough neighborhood off hampton blvd. I lived on Hampton near 81st street for a year when I first moved to Broward.

Anything in North Lauderdale is seedy. The Townhouses you speak of are nice but as I said a bad area. I used to live off Hampton Blvd as well; Parrot's Landing apts.

Parrots Landing was where I lived as well. I lived in the Phase 2 section. It was okay when I first moved there and had overnight security. After living there for 2 months they canceled the security contract and things noticeably went downhill. I used to get pulled all the time by BSO narcotics because they thought I was in the area buying drugs. At the time I was the only white resident in the complex but I never had any problems. Probably because of my appearance (Biker, Tattoos and Loud Harley).

I lived in phase 1, the older buildings. I would say back in 1999, I had my car broken into and my house robbed as well.
