Lower middle class neighborhood. 50% 1-2 floors apartment buildings and 50% single family homes. There are some strip malls to the east, along Federal Highway. There is a large office office building along 10th Street, just south from your location and large Win-Dixie supermarket just accross the 10th Street. Going west from your location, the neighborhood turns into low level commercial, mostly storage for hire. Be careful not to cross the railroad track as this is the worst area in Deerfield Beach.
