Just as an FYI, I had a bad experience 441 Animal Hospital in Plantation. They performed an unauthorized procedure on my dog. I had approved a chest x-ray, and they biopsied a growth in his mouth, against my wishes. I had specifically said that I did not want to put my 15 year old dog through such a procedure. When I voiced my displeasure to the vet, he said, "Well, we clipped his nails while he was 'under' and I didn't charge you for that."
Complications arose from the biopsy, and I had to put my dog down-at an emergency clinic- as a result of it.
I'm not telling anyone not to use this animal hospital, I'm just relaying my experience with the vet that took over the practice a few years back, after (wonderful) Dr. Matthews passed on.
