Default Chula Vista, Ft. Lauderdale, anyone know the neighborhood?

Chula Vista appears to be the name of the neighborhood west of 95, north of Spangler Blvd and the New River Canal, east of 31st Ave and south of Davie Blvd. It seems to be a very green area and canals run through a part of it.

Does anyone know this neighborhood? It is decent and safe? Is it surrounded by any dangerous neighborhoods, say west of 31Av or north of Davie Blvd.

Thanks in advance for any information.
