Sawgrass Family Homes along Flamingo Road and Sunrise Blvd. I grew up there as a kid and loved it. It's technically in the city named Sunrise but everyone just calls that area "Sawgrass". It's 5 mins from the Sawgrass mall, the hockey arena and a great elementary school.

Give it a look.

Weston is good but, espensive, Parkland is good but expensive, Coral springs is good some area are reasonably priced. All three have great schools, shopping and restuarants. I live in Coral springs we have a lot of parks and on University there is probably every single kind of restaurant imaginable.

Good luck. PM me if you want anything more.
