Curious best living options in working in Plantation. Want something close to the beach, citylife, with a pool/gym, possibly doorman..

Would living in las olas be ok? Can anyone suggest any condos?

Sure. You will be driving against the traffic. Most of the traffic is eastbound in the morning and westbound in the afternoon. Las Olas is fairly expensive but as long as you can afford it, it should meet your expectations.

Yes, Las Olas is the place to be for you. You could also live on Fort Lauderdale Beach as there are some nice high-rise condos out there, but the commute would be an extra 15 minutes or so.

Make sure to check the financial health of the condos you are interested in as there have been scores of foreclosure and owners are facing high condo expenses.

that's very good advice!!!! make sure to follow it, or you might find yourself being evicted one day without being able to even get your deposit back. There are families in shelters in this situation, so be very careful.
