Default Moving to Boca/Ft. Lauderdale area...

I have posted here before but now it is official and I am going to be moving down to south Florida after graduation this month. I am going to rent my first year and I am looking for a townhome/villa type rental that accepts pets (one dog) preferably 2 bedroom and am hoping to stay between $1200 to $1400 a month although I could probably afford a little more. My job is in Boca and I have friends in Deerfield and Coconut Creek so I would like to stay south of Boca or only as far north as Delray. Any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you!
