If you didn't have to worry about finding a job, which would be your ideal place to live? Looking forward to everyone's opinions.
Now is the time to invest here if you can manage it. I just closed on the house next door and were in the process of cleaning it up and updating things. So I get to pick my future neighbors. It's a 2800 sf house with a pool on a lake, 12 foot ceilings with crown moulding, chefs kitchen, 4/3 2car....low fee's, $75.00 a month. Gonna rent it out until I sell it. I'm looking for a northern couple who want to retire here and want to find their perfect house. The inside is pretty much original in really nice shape. Everything will be redone to the perspective new owners taste. We moved here 11 years ago from DE. Rented for a year until we found this house. And were right on the Estero border.

Sounds like you have a great house in a great location.
