Radio station on Sanibel?
I am a Radio person from Wisconsin....I vacation on Sanibel Island every year and love it. Their isn't a Radio staion on the Island.
Do you think it would be profitable to build one that caters to tourists and local Sanibel/Captiva people only? Do any local residents have any interest? I believe (without doing any research yet) that we could use the existing tower on the island for a low grade "island/s-only" signal. Please, give me your thoughts and feedback...obviously would be looking for interested investors as well.

I am in Punta Gorda and love Sanibel. I am not sure if the locals will want that on the island though. They really love the natural beauty there and they seem to say no to just about everything.
