Hi, I'm retired and looking to relocate to the Cape Coral/Fort Myers/Naples area, but don't know much about it yet. I'm planning on renting short term while I decide on a final location where I can buy, but don't know which areas to focus on and which ones to avoid. Since working isn't a factor, I can be pretty flexible. I'm not wealthy, so I'm looking for mid-range neighborhoods that are safe. Can anybody help me? Sure would appreciate it!

Joyce

How do you see yourself spending your days? A little bit of info of what you are looking for might help.

Best thing you can do is what you plan to do.
When you get here you'll be able to see and experience everything first hand.
All the areas you mention have good and bad things going on, you'll have to figure out what and where is best for you.
Good luck
