Sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but does "Reserve at Estero" reside in Ft. Myers or Estero??? Any opinions on this community?

Thanks.

Estero, but border of San Carlos Park. I've driven by it a few times, but know nothing about it. Close to Miromar Outlets, Bonita Springs, I would say a good 30+ mins to Fort Myers Beach / Sanibel.

Estero is an unincorporated community in Lee County and part of the Cape Coral–Fort Myers Metropolitan Statistical Area. It's a nice area.

Estero Parkway, great main road to live close to. Close to everything, right smack in the middle of Naples and Ft Myers. But since you drive by it so often you know that. It's prolly just like all the other communities that were being built during this current depression. I'm guessing there are quite a few foreclosure homes in there as all newer developments since the banks were giving away mortgages and equity loans to anyone who could sign on the dotted line. Then those people figured their over priced homes were not worth the monthly payments that they previously thought they could handle. Now unless they lost their jobs, they should be willing to make the payments.
Whatever the situation make sure you ask what ALL the fee's are, HOA and Master fee's.
