They pay a huge share of the property taxes. If I recall correctly, they are the largest single payer of property taxes.

Default Cape coral

I have Lived in Fl for 6 years 3 years in Orlando and 3 in Cape coral I moved to cape coral when i was 19 by my self with about $40 cash when i got here i stayed with my Girlfriends Dad for about 3 months and worked at Sam Gallaway Ford. By the end of the 3 months i had enough mony saved up to put a good down payment on my house. although the housing is a lil on the high end here there are still alot of homes for sale and rent. Lehigh is a lil cheaper for housing and realy close to the cape. Granted i have no kids but as my Sister moved down here 7 months ago and her 2 kids go to school here and she says she loves the schools.
Well anyway i hope i helped a little...Good luck with the move!!!

I know this post was made a few years ago but prospective new residents should really do the research if they consider a move to Lee County Florida. Things have changed alot population wise and costwise in the last 3 years. I've lived here 32 years and we're moving on...hopefully things will get better for the current population but we're moving on.

Our salaries combined are approx: 70,000.

Thank you
Ocala is a great place to raise your family. Keep in mind, Ocala is a city. It's located in Marion County. Belleview is located just southeast of Ocala and the school system there is excellent. Being a real estate agent, I have people wanting Belleview all the time. If you are looking for a nice home in that area, I have listed a small, gated, family community of just 10 homes. Prices start at $254,900 but they are very nice homes. If I can help you just let me know. Visit OCALA real estate - Charlotte Shoemaker-Remax for more info.
