Hey you all! I am thinking about moving south to Botanica Lakes, just a few 20 minutes south of ft.myers international Ariport. Good idea? Give me all you got!~!!!

Botanica Lakes is only a couple minutes/miles NORTH of the airport.

Yes, I heard about the high fees ,no #'s yet. The deed no,nos, I have no infor ...but very important!!!! I need to dig in on this....Want to move this spring.. i need some likes and dislikes!!!

We have friends that just bought there. Housing prices are reasonable and they seemed to get a lot of bang for the buck. HOA fees are reasonable and the facilities are very nice.
On the downside, there is a lot of construction going on, but that means they are selling houses too.

having a house built now...the builder has been very accommodating; fees, at least initally, seem reasonable; nice location; houses selling; i'm told that 18 months until construction is complete.
