moving to Ft. Myers Florida
I would like to get a couple of opinions about Ft.Myers, crime rate wise, good areas, bad areas, etc. I would like to know also if anybody knows of the condos called Bellasol, if you could give me any info. you know about those condos and the area surrounding it, I would really appreaciate it..

Well, I would suggest not even moving to Fort Myers. It is a strange & bizarre place.
Since you specifically asked about crime...that area where those condos are located is not one of the best.
Try to avoid North Forth Myers, anything in the eastern part of Fort Myers, & everything located north of Colonial Blvd [where those condos are].
Your safest bet is south of Daniels Parkway. Even better would be not living here.

Oh my God, that place is in the bad part of Fort Myers, almost into Dunbar.... NOT A GOOD AREA!!!!!!!!!! Try Cape Coral or SOUTH Fort Myers. Estero, Port Charlotte, Pine Island, but NOT in that part of Fort Myers, unless you like shootings, drugs, and high crime. I'm not kidding.

Look in here for a place, but stay out of Fort Myers if at all possible.

Why avoid North Fort Myers ? Lt. Gov. Jeff Kottkamp's house is there. You must mean Suncoast.

from what i have seen crimewise in fort myers, your better bet would likely be east coast south florida.

Bellasol isn't so bad. It is well east of any bad areas.
However at this time I recommend NO ONE buy anything. I'm sure you can find a place to rent very cheaply and wait for this Real Estate Market to slow down.

We live in Estero and I agree with the person who said that you should live south of Daniels. Crime is high in Ft Myers but you can check the Lee County Sheriff's webpage to get very specific crime reports for areas, streets, etc.

The place is boring and strange I wouldn't suggest moving there.
