All units at Osprey Cove have Basic TV Service in the Maintenance Agreement. Recently I talked to the Comcast representative who represented the service to our community. The person shared with me that IF you have your own cable modem and router you can get service turned on / off. You will need to tell Comcast the 'MAC' address of your cable modem (normally listed on the Modem). When I said i was 'skeptical' the rep mentioned it could be done when you do not have any Comcast owned Internet equipment. I do not know if this is because our Community has the 'blanket' Basic service - but you could ask,...
