hi. I am an owner builder looking to build a cbs lakefront pool home in cape coral. can anyone share their preferred subcontractor list or recommend some. I would need subs from bare land to framed, enclosed ,painted and shingled. I plan to finish it from there. would consider working with a smaller general who would work with me. thanks

I'm a realtor and urban planner here. I've been friends with a builder for years, he and his family have been able to ride out the economic downturn. I'd recommend him b/c he gives a hoot about his customers, is fair, does great work, and the supports our environment (big environmental contributor locally). PM for referral. PCW
