Relocating to the Fort Myers area. My job will be at the SW International Airport and was wondering
what good condo's are close by that are in good neighborhoods and close to good high schools. My
daughter will be coming with me and she is currently in a Catholic High School here in N.J. I dont
need to be near a Catholic High School just need to be in a nice area with a good rated school.
Will be looking for a 2 bedroom condo to rent in the 800-1200 Range......Thanks for all your help.....

Since Florida Gulf Coast University is only miles away, there are some condos in that price range but they're likely filled with college students so you'd have to decide if that's ok with you. Would you consider buying a place if you could get a mortgage in the price range you were looking to rent at?

Try Bella Terra, off Corkscrew Road. I think there are condos in there. You are close to the airport. I timed it one morning and I was at the car rental in 12 minutes. I'm in a development next to it. There is a lot of shopping and restaurants and Estero High School is very close, but I'm not sure of how it ranks compared to other schools. I like the area also close to I 75 and not too far from the beach
