If all goes according to plan, we should be "moved in" in Cape Coral by mid-year. We are currently sorting through stuff and deciding what to bring and what to sell or give away. Not having a basement or storage shed hurts!

Up here in the northeast, I look after my own 1 acre yard. I use a 15 gal electric tree sprayer to control Japanese beetles etc. in our fruit trees. Is there any point in bringing this with me? Do palm trees need spraying? Spray house?

There's certainly no shortage of bugs here. I'd bring it.

Too true - no shortage of bugs! A little more research has revealed that Palm trees do get infected with some of them and require spraying. Guess I'll bring it.

Yes, bring it along. I have a backpack sprayer that is unable to reach my tallest palms. There are times when I wish I had an electric sprayer.
