What happened to the Sans Souci Bay Development Project in NW Cape? Does anyone know?

It got voted down. the majority of the people that lived in the NW section were highly opposed to it.

Do you know the address of that property. I think that area is a agriculture zone right now right next to the preserv. But I am not 100% for sure.

It doesn't really have an address. If you go to Durden Pkwy where it intersects old burnt store rd go south . almost in the middle between NW 41st ln and Nw 42nd ln there is a tract of land owned by JWW of Lee county. I believe this tract was to be used to be the entrance to other properties that are all owned by JWW . Ironically very close to where the proposed beach location is.

if you go to Zillow and put in address 4160 old burnt store rd N zoom in all the way til it shows land boundary lines the small tract to the north is the entrance to the back lots.
