Estero Housing Market
We are in the process of trying to buy our second home and looking in the Estero area. We have visited the community of Grandezza and have fallen in love with it. Our one main concern is that the social membership may rise considerable. The club is presently being run by the developer but is planning on turning that over to the residents of Grandezza. Does anyone have any insight to the Grandezza community and if it is wise to buy there now.
