Default Fort Myers Beach Redevolopment

Thoughts on the new Fort Myers Beach redeployment? It will change from a “sleepy” beach town to a first class destination. The 100 Million Redevopment change is happening. As an owner on the North-End I am ecstatic, but want opinions.

I think it is about time. Always found Fort Myers beach kinda of trashy. And it is dangerous to walk anywhere there, you could get hit by a car. They did the same thing to Fort Lauderdale beach years ago and it is real nice now.
