Just wondering if anyone knows the schedule for for the city mowing vacant lots.
Have a lot next door that's getting a little long....they usually stay on top of it here in SE

When I lived on the Cape I always mowed the empty lot next to me. I had a riding mower and it only took a little while to do it every Saturday. It made my house look better and it also kept snakes down. Before I began mowing it I got a few of them venturing out onto our property, but once I started keeping it mowed I never saw any more.

It also gave us a place to park our overflow of cars. We had 4 cars in the family, so my Sons would park their cars over there, which allowed us to get our other two cars out of the driveway easier.
