Estero Fl Housing Market
We are currently looking to buy a second home in the Estero areal. We have fallen in love with the Grandezza community which is near the FL Gulf Coast Univ. Has anyone any information on this area and should we buy now or wait. We see prices dropping and just hope this community is stable. We know that the club will be turned over to the residents from the developer is that a good thing?
