I just don't think it's fair to compare Miromar Lakes to MLK Blvd. To me, it's comparing apples to oranges.

Pine manor is pretty nice, so is harlem Heights, Dunbar, San Carlos, The Edison mall area is beautiful.. As is metro Parkway.

Personally, I prefer Tice and it's high standard of living..lots of working women from what I hear!!

What do I like about Ft. Myers over Naples? Fewer Snowbirds, Tourists, and more year round people. More to do in Ft. Myers over Naples. Of course, there are bad areas, but Naples has them too. Imagine that? lol

I would have no problem living in North Fort Myers near the river, if I could afford it. The views across the river are breathtaking!
