Has anyone committed or looked at Valencia Bonita? We have committed and are looking forward to spending winters there as a second home. The rest of the year we will spend in Connecticut.

A great many of the homesites are on lakes. We are excited to spend winters at Valencia Bonita, it has all the amenities we were looking for.

Found Stonecreek in Naples (new GL community) a better choice for us from a location point of view. Not 55+ but there will be lots of folks our age there. House will be ready Nove/Dec.

Just returned from Bonita. The people were very nice. No high pressure sales going on. We drove around and its fairly close to Naples and Estero which is very nice. The development will be very nice once its completed. We liked the "Chandon" model of which they sent us to Marbella Isles to see. If you purchased already, you must have seen the endless upgrades available and the Lots to choose from. We also looked at Stonecreek but other than being more money, both those developments have alot of children roaming around which we do not want. We were very impressed with Valencia Bonita and spoke to alot of people concerning GL homes. Everyone had good things to say. Were just trying to get up the nerve to take the plunge so to speak.

We have been looking for a few years and when we saw the amenities at Valencia Bonita we committed and bought over the phone. We were familiar with GL Homes and had visited Marbella isles last year and had done research on GL Homes. We have since made the trip from Connecticut in April and chose our options and upgrades, as you know you can spend as much or as little as you like. We were satisfied and our coordinator Lisa Smith was very helpful. Besides committing over the phone and by emails our salesperson Ryan Johnston was very helpful. We also selected our lot from the supplied site map. We are very excited and have planned at trip in October to see the models and the progress.
And yes it absolutely does take a great amount of nerves to take the plunge but we are glad we did.
