While I agree the SE and SW are great....
The NW and NE Cape are very nice as well.
SW Cape- Ritzy- good area's are gated communities. "The Lock" is bad news. SE Cape - The best price for your $ NW Cape - Building up...will be the best some day NE Cape - Doing alot here but least desirable.
