Carpet & Tile Cleaning (Fort Myers, Estero: landscaping, job, company)

It's rare that I am ever able to find a service company that keeps their word and doesn't overcharge me everytime I need a service. I've been overcharged by my landscaping company, the automobile repair man, my appliance repair person and even past carpet cleaning companys. The reason for this post is that I used a company based on a referral from a neighbor called Tru-Clean Carpet & Tile Care to clean my carpets and tile and I can't say enough good things about this company.

I live in Fort Myers and called Tru-Clean for an estimate and the technician showed up on time and in uniform. He measured my carpeting and tile and sat down with me to explain their cleaning process and what I could expect once they were done. The technician informed me that that would be able to remove a wine stain that has survived 2 seperate carpet cleanings from two different local companys and he assured me that my grout lines would come clean. I received an estimate and agreed upon a price and the cleaning was scheduled for a week later.

To sum up my experience, Tru-Clean did an excellent job in cleaning my carpeting and tile. They moved and replaced my furniture and I couldn't be happier with their technicians or service. Their staff was professional and courteous, did not pressure me to purchase extra services and my carpets and tile practically look brand new.

This mother of 5 is a very satisfied customer! FINALLY a company who does what they say there going to do and treats the customer fairly. What an interesting concept!

Thanks. I know what you mean about dishonest auto repair places. If you live in South Fort Myers, I know a very honest mechanic in Estero on 41. He's not cheap, but honestly is more important to me.
