What would you pay for starter
My husband and I would like to buy a home when we get back to Naples. We'll have about $15,000 for a down.. maaayybeee $20,000. What do you think is an appropriate price for a starter/first home in Naples right now? The market is so crazy I dunno if I should be going with $150,000 or $200,000 or just wait to see what happens. Obviously I'd like to pay less lol but ideally what my reality in the situation
