Default North Naples

Hi,
We live in north naples - you may like the vanderbilt beach area. We are a block from the Ritz Carlton and love this end of town. You can walk for miles on the beach in either direction and ride bikes up to Bonita along the water or down to old naples. There are many private homes and Condos to rent in the Vanderbilt Beach area. VRBO works really well to find places that are reasonable. If you want to beach during the day - eat out at great places on the beach like the Turtle Club or on the lagoon like the Lighthouse, you would like this. You can drive downtown, Old Naples, to go to the Beach Club on a Sunday night or to shop etc anytime. We also have the philharmonic and the Waterside shops. There is more to Naples than Old Naples and at a more affordable rate.

Generally, anything north of Pine Ridge Road, although there are no definite borders.

Gated communities make up a very large portion of residential property in North Naples. You would need to be more specific as to price range etc. They are all overall good places to live.

When I first moved here, my husband took me to the local AAA offce to get a map. Besides all the local attractions, schools, hospitals, etc., the map also shows where all the developments are throughout Naples.

You cannot beat that. It was very helpful to us when we were looking to buy a house. We could just look up on that map where a specific development was.
