Looking for 55+ gated home/condo rental Ft Myers area
My parents will be moving down to Florida in September and we are looking for a nice place for them to rent for long term. We prefer a 55+ gated golf type community, that allows 2 cats. We are searching for a place in the $1,000-$1,500 per month.
We are open to location, but would prefer to stay close to the Gulf Coast and beach if possible. They have heard that the Fort Myers area would be nice for them. Any suggestions? We will be making an initial visit in the next month to see what possibilities there are. We would love to find a leasing agent to work with that could help us find the right place. Thank you for any advice.
