Is this South Fort Myers ?
Would people say that McGregor south of it's junction with Gladiolus all the way to the end of McGregor is called South Fort Myers ?

That's a fairly large area, that encompases three distinct unincorporated entities known as 1) Harlem Heights, 2) Iona, and 3) Punta Rassa
South Ft Myers, typically is referred to as that area south of the mid point bridge, heading south down US 41 toward Bonita Springs.
