Default property insurance enquiry CC 21 AREA

Hello to everyone in the Cape Coral area. We are exploring the possibility of
buying a home in cc 21, SW 1 AVE.
The home is 9 years old and is 1204 sq ft on a lot size of 0.260 ac.
We would appreciate any info regarding insurances costings for this area.
As we are living in the SE OF IRELAND, ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION
WOULD ALSO BE HELPFULL.

Try these sites...Lee County Property Appraiser... Lee County Property Line ...and Florida State... Florida Governor Charlie Crist | Executive Office of the Governor ...somewhere on the 1st site you can see the flood map and find what area you will be in...the second site...on the bottom right side...there is a shop and compare box for insurance....the Cape Coral site... City of Cape Coral > Home ...your property taxes should be around 2% of your purchase price...but this is only a guess based upon other sites...
