For years Estero was a little farm area that has seen a boom in the last 5 years. most of the homes are new and has alot of shopping. Its south of Ft Myers and north of Naples. Its still Lee County and close to I-75 and US-41 runs though the west of it. Over all its nice.

Lots of snowbirds in Estero. Others, too, but it clears out a LOT when it is not season. Some of the developments are almost empty. That can be good. But it can be weird. During season, the traffic is horrendous.

Lots of commercial development recently.
