Whats the rental market like in 33914
Lots of rentals available? Avg for a 3/2 with pool & dock??

Are you kidding, there are 100's of them!!! This area is flooded with rentals. 3/2/2's are average $800 or so, pool and dock add $100-200+, but watch out where they are... Some attractive prices mean crappy streets and neighbors around here.
