I am currently a college student in the Bradenton area and i am planning to move to South Fort Myers near Daniels Parkway after i receive my bach in Meteorology. Is it honestly as bad as what people are saying?

The area you are moving to is actually probably the nicest part.
As much as I didn't care for FM, I always thought that area around Daniels was pretty nice. |

121804 is right, that is one of the FEW good areas. Nothing north of that area, is good... Believe me. Another good area is most everything along McGregor Blvd.

That's a fairly nice area, with access to plenty of shopping, transportation, etc.
The bad part is job availability - aside from the economy taking a dive..it's hard to find quality, long term placement in specialized fields. |
