Default Real Estate Referral
I have a client from Czech Republic looking to buy a vacation home in FL. He is looking on both coasts and will be in Ft. Myers August 3. I have a referral partner in the SE FL area at 35% of brokers commission. Is there anyone in the Ft. Myers area (buyer's 1st choice) who is willing to work with us on this client at the same rate? Purchase range $300,000-$500,000 USD.
