Square footage, age/condition of house, size of lot,etc factor in.

Any realtor should be able to give you comps on similar property. Get some CMA's, etc.

Okay, I have a realtor, but realtors are interested in making commission. I don't want to pay anything crazy. Say I have a 4 BR 2 BA with 2000 square feet and a small in-ground pool in SW Cape Coral. Tile floors about 1/4 acre lot. How much should I really be paying for a house like that in that area? (2 lazy 2 do spellchecking)
