I am interested in buying a mobile home in the park on Ballard Road, off Ortiz. Does anyone know anything about the park and neighborhood in general? Positive and negative replies helpful. Thanks.

That is right near the Ortiz fleamarket, Its not a very good area. Gang crime and drugs are the norm at night. Sorry but you asked.
