Milabs will become famous soon enough
Depending on the time of day and the weather....about 45min to an hour...maybe a bit more depending on where in Naples you are going.

I suggest you get a bridge pass for the tolls.

A nightmare in season. I75 can be a parking lot, accidents everyday! 41 is no better.

Default commute

I wonder how the commute from Estero to Naples would be in the morning. It's something I might end up doing if I get a job down there.

Oh my goodness . . . please do not plan to commute back and forth from the Cape to Naples for employment. I know people who will not even consider the commute - due to traffic jams from toll booths - from the Cape to Ft. Myers each and every day. I am one of them!

Estero to Naples each and everyday would eliminate some of the problem. At least, paleo99, would have a headstart on the traffic problem.

Good luck to all!

If at all possible, the best thing would be to live in Naples if you are working there. Estero would be better than Cape Coral, depends again on traffic & accidents. For the most part, there are more accidents on I75 south of Fort Myers, so a commute in that direction is not recommended. They are supposed to widen 75, but who knows when! By the time they get around to that, they will need two more lanes! That is Florida for you, esp. Lee County.

Take a look at this traffic blog I found. It tells us that the most accidents are between Ft Myers and Naples on I 75.
http://www.nbc-2.com/Blogs/crime.shtml If this does not work, just go to nbc-2.com and look for the blogs.
