Default Family Friendly

Hello There!
I am reading about all my Michiganders on here, woo hoo! We are over on the east coast right now of FL, I am just curious where the family friendly areas are. If my hubby has to transfer over to the Ft Myers area...office would be off of Metro Pkwy, zip code, 33916. We have a little one that we would want to enroll in a private school. Just wondering...thanks for any help!

Hi, I think you would like the Fort Myers Villas neighborhood. Crystal Dr. borders the north edge of the Villas and it crosses over Metro Parkway to the east. You can't get a more central location in a very nice neighborhood and there are some real deals popping up as far as foreclosures go but you have to do some homework. Google map Sunrise Blvd. Fort Myers FL 33907 and take a spin around the area, this is a cool feature to use to check out a place before your even there.

Not far at all, thats the great thing about the neighborhood not far from anything. I think it's about 12 miles or so but most is 50 mph roads not a long ride.

What is it about Florida? Is it the similar shape of the state to Michigan that everyone likes? Does Michigan have a panhandle? LOL Just Kidding.

I just settled in Punta Gorda, and met a few Michiganeers there too. Good sports fans, and friendly beer drinkers.
