How bad is the allergy season in the spring at the Cape? I suffer tremendously in Orlando from Feb to early April with the tree blooms. I'm thinking of moving to get away from my area but would like to stay in Florida. Any one in the same boat as me?

Stay indoors and have an electronic air cleaner. Get rid of all your carpets and popcorn ceilings. Put your pillows in a hot dryer for 30 minutes each day so it will kill any dust mites.
Dont eat certain foods, such as ketchup and things that contain tomatos, because when they process them, the toss in the whole tomato mold and all, and as the allergies can kick up because of that.

GET RID OF ANY BIRDS THAT YOU HAPPEN TO HAVE IN YOUR HOUSE! They are the Worst offenders for allergy sufferers...(I had a cough for over 2 years, and when my pet bird died, my cough suddenly went away! Then, it started up again when my Daughter got another one and an Allergy Speicialist told us why I was coughing, and it was birds in the same room as I was).

If you have a dog, get a dog door, instead of opening the entire door to let it in or out. This will help keep allergens out of the house.

Keep your house as dust free as possible, and that will help the allergy sufferer a whole lot!

Just some suggestions... Hope this helps a bit.

May the LORD Bless each of you.

I wish you well...
