Question Fort Myers and surrounding areas

We are considering moving to the Fort Myers area this summer. Just looking for feedback on the following (any area within a 30 minute commute of the downtown area):

Areas to avoid, Nice areas, good public school districts, Best bang for buck areas. Are there a lot of tolls in the area?

Any other suggestions are welcomed!

Cape Coral will have tolls
Estero is the upcoming area, and has a lot to offer. Public school districts aren't great down here at all. Best bang for the buck would be Cape Coral, but IMO I wouldn't buy there right now.
Look in 33919, 33908, 33912, 33928 IMO
Good Luck
