Why don't you stay in the Knoxville forums. Thinks have changed here for the better. I don't care what you say!

Cape Coral is a good place to raise a family. The kids will find it boring but its nothing a trip accross to Ft.Myers won't help. No matter what others say on this forum, crime in Cape Coral is not high.

I know that since I got that from the Cape website I wil be accused of being a realtor who bought into the Cape's conspiracy theory for getting new residents but hey.

IMO yes. You will find that the SW area has the largest and nicest homes and is generally more upscale than say the northern parts of the city

We visited Cape Coral wanting to find a home to live there. I thought it was a pretty awesome place but why do people talk about negative stuff while living there. Is it true... really? Except for hurricane, does anything else bother? Can anyone truly tell me if it is really bad place to live or not. You know what? I didn't live there but fell in love at first sight.

Cape Coral is a wonderful place to live and most are A or A+ schools. I live in the SW section, but just beware that some areas are getting sewer and water and as of now that costs $16,000.

Cape Coral is the third safest large city with over 100,000. I have lived here for 14 years and never had a problem.
