Home Buyer Florida is on a distinguished road
Default VIllage Creek Fort myers
We interested in buying a condo at Village Creek/ Winkler ave
I need information about this complex. (good and bad)
On the sheriffs site i see there is low crime there.
Why are there so much short sales there. And what kind of people do live there?

Interesting you should ask this question... I've seen many Winkler Ave. condos listed online. Many do need a lot of work and many are short sales, but I'm interested in what the problems are.

I'd imagine condo fees are high since there are probably fewer residents.

What I'd really like to know if how this would stack up as a vacation rental.
